Sassa beneficiaries to receive an early Christmas
In preparation for the festive season, Sassa recipients will be getting their December grants a bit earlier than usual.
Sassa has announced that the beneficiaries will be paid on 28 November.
General Manager of Grants Administration at Sassa, Henry De Grass says they are appealing to the beneficiaries to use the money wisely because the next payment will only be on the 29 December.

According to De Grass, there are about 59 000 beneficiaries who are still using their old Sassa cards. He says from January 2019 the old Sassa cards will no longer be functional therefore the beneficiaries are advised to visit Sassa offices to do a card swap.
