[LISTEN] 'Millenials are less attracted to owning a home'

Unaffordability is one of two reasons why millennials are more attracted to renting a home rather than owning one.

This is according to tech expert Gil Sperling.

Sperling says the generational demographic are attracted to a more transient lifestyle that involves little commitment.

Generation rent and millennials are far more attracted to experiences than to wealth as we traditionally know it in terms of owning specific assets, the freedom to sort of lock up and go.
