Thousands of ANC supporters gather ahead of the Manifesto launch

Thousands of African National Congress supporters are already seated inside the Moses Mabhida Stadium where president Ramaphosa will be launching the party's elections manifesto.

There are more that 100 000 people who are expected to attend. Party members from all nine provinces started arriving in KwaZulu-Natal as early as midnight ahead of Saturday’s rally.

Last night the ANC hosted a Gala dinner as a manifesto preview. They gave us the kinds of ideas, the issues the manifesto will be including and will be talking to. President Ramaphosa spoke to various people who were at the dinner, telling them about the plans around the economy and jobs.

President Ramaphosa spoke about unemployment being in it highest. He said the manifesto will speak about how the government will deal and make sure that there is job creation in the country.
