Professionals have to constantly adapt and evolve because of advances in technology and the labour market, a business coach says.

Business and executive coach Dawn Klatzko says professionals need to continuously review their personal brands if they want to have career longevity.

She advises that individuals review their contribution to an organisation or industry at least once a year in order to have an impactful career.
