We're excited but also anxious to see what is going to happen. We are very much aware of the quality of the Varsity Cup compared to the Shield. The biggest challenge for us will probably be the intensity of the game.

Willimas says his biggest challenge when he took over at UWC three years ago was to change the culture of the team.

Work ethic and discipline were very important.
