Our strength rests in our vulnerability - expert advice on letting go

Vulnerability isn't a sign of weakness and can be your greatest strength.

Clinical psychologist Khosi Jiyane says it's about recognising the essence of human nature.

Vulnerability is about openness and requires deep trust. Jiyane adds that vulnerable people usually risk their psychological and emotional security in order to put themselves on the line.

She says that can't have power over every event or circumstance and must learn to turn vulnerability into a strength.
