Bester says employers must always interrogate why something is important in order to find its rightful position on the to-do list.

She describes productivity as performing your assigned duties in the best possible way and adds that workplace solutions should be tailored to each individual.

It's crucial for employees to discuss their outcomes with employers and what they need need to be able to deliver on expectations.

Know yourself and know what works. When are you most productive?.. Have those conversations with your employer about expectations.
