Key advice on how to be more productive at work

Clocking in and clocking out of the office does not make you an effective employee.

It's not an achievement to exhaust yourself or spend hours of overtime constantly in "crisis mode", says HR consultant Lizette Bester.

When it comes to productivity, most employers struggle with planning and prioritising their duties and responsibilities.

Unfortunately, a lot of the time some employers get stuck in crisis mode.
