SA Inc. is losing faith in President Cyril Ramaphosa, wrote Ferial Haffajee in an article on Fin24 on Thursday.
The RMB Business Confidence Index is at a two-year low.
Ramaphosa has promised a tsunami of investment yet, as a percentage of GDP, it’s at a 13-year low (Q3/2018).
He should sit up and take notice, wrote Haffajee, because he needs the private sector to pull South Africa from its near decade-long economic slump.
