Lego for grown-ups is now a thing

If you think Lego games are only for children, you better keep up with the times.

Lego has transformed over the years to include those adults who had fun playing with the bricks and have no intention of stopping in their adult years.

These are called AFOLs - Adult Fans Of Lego

Afols in Cape Town have come together to create a safe space for adults to get together and share their ideas and passion for the popular plastic brick.

Vice-chair at CapeLUG (LEGO User Group) Colleen Wentzel explains what the group is all about.

Every person in our user group has a different reason why they are part of this group.

Wentzel says they have specialists in robotics and tech within the group who offer support to those who would like to take the game to the next level and be creative.
