Stage 4 load shedding takes effect
After announcing Stage 3 load shedding earlier, Eskom's now moving it up to Stage 4 from 12:00 on Saturday.
The power utility says this is due to the loss of an additional 900MW capacity from Mozambique.
A statement issued earlier reads: the situation remains tight and volatile.
It's promised regular updates on the power system.
