Harry Gwala mayor Mluleki Ndobe arrested for Sindiso Magaqa's murder
Harry Gwala Executive Mayor Mluleki Ndobe has been arrested in connection with the murder of Sindiso Magaqa.
The African National Congress (ANC) in Kwa-Zulu Natal former deputy secretary will appear at the Umzimkhulu Magistrates Court on Monday.
