Good news Thursday: Hillcrest Kwikspar launches plastic recycling initiative
A supermarket in Durban is doing its bit for the environment with the introduction of a plastic recycling program.
Hillcrest Kwikspar is encouraging customers to earn money in exchange for returning their supermarket plastics.
Customers will receive credit for the value of the plastics returned.
Customers will also be able to follow the recycling journey of the items they have returned.
Azania spoke to the owner of Hillcrest Kwikspar Mike Edlinger.
