Hout Bay big wave surfer has a big heart

Hout Bay big wave surfer Frank Solomon chats to CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies about making his dream to help young underprivileged children a reality.

He helped set up the Sentinel Ocean Alliance to create ocean-based opportunities for the youth of Hout Bay.

Once the children have been through the various programmes he hopes they can become lifeguards.
