The Queen's Rami Chuene on her varied career and flourishing after her divorce

With an illustrious career in the TV and film industry, actress Rami Chuene has had roles in some of South Africa's most popular television series - e.tv's 'Scandal', SABC2's 'Muvhango', Mzansi Magic's 'Rockville' and more recently, 'The Queen'.

Chuene's described her role as the flamboyant Gracious Mabuza in 'The Queen' as her biggest yet.

She chats to Azania about her varied career and how she's flourishing post-divorce and becoming comfortable with herself.

I just realised that I am amazing. I am the 'it'. I think I am lovable and like the person that I am. It is comfortable discovering myself and my other talents. The more you take time with yourself and for yourself, you realise you didn't know as much as you thought you did.
