Arrest looming for Carltonville crèche teacher who filmed toddler's assault

A kindergarten teacher who filmed another teacher assaulting toddlers at a Carletonville crèche has not yet been arrested.

Gauteng police spokesperson, Brigadier Mathapelo Peters says the case is still under investigation and the possibility of further arrests cannot be ruled out.

The police are working very close to the NPA for prosecutorial direction. We need to make sure that when we do arrest, the case is prosecutable and that is done within the confines of the law.
