Ramaphosa tells young white farmers to stay in SA

A Stellenbosch wine farmer says President Ramaphosa 'will make South Africa the best country in the world'.

President Cyril Ramaphosa visited the Beyerskloof Wine farm on Tuesday and spoke to a group of largely white farmers at a pre-election event.

Ramaphosa guaranteed young white farmers that there are enough opportunities for everyone in South Africa and urged them not to leave the country.

Owner and cellar master at Beyerskloof, Beyers Truter spoke highly of Ramaphosa, describing him as 'a most humble president'.

He is an amazing guy who has a passion for South Africa and compassion for people of all race and all walks of life.

He spoke to all the farmers and gave us hope to create jobs, alleviate poverty and do away with corruption. It was an excellent speech.
