Children's Cardiac Foundation of Africa launched

The Children’s Cardiac Foundation of Africa has been launched in Sandton.

Speaking to Ray White on the Xolani Gwala show, the CEO of the foundation says their mission is to save lives and improve the lives of children born with congenital heart disease.

We fund surgery for people who do not have access to private healthcare.

We get them the help they need by working with state hospitals and private institutions.

Venketsamy says there are five hospitals in the country that can perform congenital heart disease surgery.
