Many people are choosing to go back to the older way of giving birth, with the help of midwives.
Dr says it is still safe to have a home birth and that midwives use the same technology and medications to carry out the procedure.
Yazbek explains the process and what happens after.
It is quite safe, midwives actually take a hospital home. So all the essential equipment that you find in a labor ward and in hospital, they take with them. She says patients must go through a risk assessment in which they are asked for their pregnancy history and must meet certain requirements,
