Game of Thrones fans demand a remake of Season 8

A petition has been published on Change.org urging HBO to remake the final season of Game of Thrones.

More than 340,000 people have signed the petition so far.

The popular series has been slated on social media for the turn it has taken, blaming writers David Benioff and DB Weiss for diverting from the original blueprint for the series which is a number of books by George RR Martin.

The petition describes Benioff and Weiss as “woefully incompetent writers” and demands a better ending for the show.

Caller Marlene is one of the people who signed the petition. She says the fans are more upset because the characters are "acting out of character".
