Yesterday we were hoping for a few centimetres of snow on the high peaks of the Western Cape but it did not materialise...Snow is always very complicated ad one of the most difficult things to forecast especially early in the season.— Richard Le Sueur, Snow Report SA
However, he says the Western Cape does tend to get the earlier snow as the fronts come in from the west.
So we do think we will see a little bit of snow in the Western Cape pretty soon, and certainly some for the Drakensberg soon as well.— Richard Le Sueur, Snow Report SA
