The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has plans that could help bring solutions to unemployment through industrial development.
The organisation wants to leverage its strong science, engineering and technology capabilities to respond to industrial development opportunities, thus assisting in creating much-needed jobs in the country.
