UK correspondent Gavin Grey says the US president is on an official three-day state visit to Britain.

US President Donald Trump arrived in the United Kingdom on Monday for an official three-day state visit.

Doing what he is known for, Trump has already thrown in rhetorical punches on Twitter by blasting a prominent local critic as 'a stone cold loser'.

Speaking to John Maytham, UK correspondent Gavin Grey says there are huge banners outside the US embassy pin protest against Trump.

He is being ignored by the Labour Party and some senior other politicians who say he is misogynist and divisive.
