Veteran journalist Raymond Louw has passed away at the age of 93.
The multi-award winning journalist kicked off his career in 1946 when he joined the Rand Daily Mail.
Wits University Caxton Professor of Journalism Professor Anton Harber says Louw was a fighter for media freedom.
