Justin Bonello (of the show "Cooked") is the founder of Neighbourhood Farm. It employs unskilled community members to farm.

Justin Bonello is a South African filmmaker, chef and television personality.

He is the founder of Neighbourhood Farm, an organisation that employs unskilled community members to farm non-productive land.

Bonello is probably best known for his cooking and travel show "Cooked".

He’s the author of several books including The Ultimate Braai Master.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Bonello for this weekly “ShapeShifter” feature.
