Gupta-consultancy Trillian must pay back R600 million to Eskom, the Pretoria High Court said on Tuesday.
Eskom sued Trillian and McKinsey in March last year for the repayment of money paid to it as a result of a corrupt deal.
McKinsey has since paid R1 billion back to Eskom.
The High Court ordered Trillian to pay back the money with interest.
It also ordered the company to pay for all the costs of the application.
