Win this woman's life - including her home and business worth R15m!

An Australian mom of two has come up with a unique way of selling her home and business.

She's raffling it off at the cost of just $55 (R540) a ticket.

Natalie Giumelli runs the Yapper Valley Pet Resort in Queensland - a sort of upmarket boarding kennels for domestic pets valued at $1,520,000 (almost R15m).

She's got 40,000 tickets for sale to those interested in a slice of life in the Australian outback.

The full prize consists of a four-bedroom house, the profitable pet resort business with the necessary equipment and a bank account with $30,000 in cash.

Natalie explains why she didn't go down the traditional route of putting the property on the market.

Lots of people were really interested but they just couldn't come up with the deposit...the bank requirements are a lot higher, they need a much bigger deposit.

And so Natalie came up with the idea of a mega-raffle.

We just thought it's such a win-win situation for everyone.

Natalie says she made sure she sought out legal advice before going ahead with the idea.

We definitely wouldn't have gone ahead if we hadn't got the OK from a lawyer!

But isn't Natalie risking an enormous loss if not all the 40,000 tickets are sold?

Doesn’t she risk having to hand over the property for a fraction of its value?

She says no, they've got a contingency plan.

If we don't sell the 40,000 then there is a consolation prize, whoever wins will take home half of the money of the tickets sold.

The closing date to purchase a ticket is 23 September - go to @yappervalleypets on Facebook or https://www.winapetloversdream.com.au/for more information.
