Will Bruce Koloane be recalled?

International Relations and Co-operation Minister Naledi Pandor is under pressure to recall ambassador to the Netherlands Bruce Koloane.

Koloane confessed at the state capture inquiry that he pushed for the illegal landing of the plane with the Gupta wedding guests at Waterkloof Air Base.

John Maythan speaks to veteran diplomat Gert Grobler about what options can be used to recall Koloane.

The sending government, in this case South Africa, can decide that it is time for him or her to come back.
