[LISTEN] The Chocolate Academy has 'big' plans for the Coffee and Chocolate Expo

The Chocolate Academy South Africa says it has a big exhibition planned for this year's Coffee and Chocolate Expo in Johannesburg.

Head of the academy Minette Smith joined Joanne Joseph and the Afternoon Drive team in studio for a chocolate tasting ahead the event which takes place at the Ticket Pro Dome from 26 to 28 July.

With this stand, we are highlighting the Chocolate Academy and chocolate education in the country. There is a whole lot of things that will be happening at the stand which I won't reveal too much because I want people to experience it for themselves.

Basically we're going to showcase what the academy is about, what we do and we are going to reveal who our guest chefs will be next year. There are quite a lot of exciting things that will be happening.
