National Planning Commission reviews aspects of the NDP
The National Planning Commission says is it reviewing aspects of the National Development Plan (NDP) in a bid to lead the country's response to current economic challenges.
Speaking to Clement Manyathela, National Planning Commission deputy chairperson Professor Malegapuru Makgoba says the process has been ongoing for the past three years.
He says they will make a submission to President Cyril Ramaphosa in the next three months.

We have taken the seven priorities from the president's Sona [state of the nation address] and matched them with the priorities we have identified and looked at the indicators in the NDP to see which indicators are measurable and are easy to measure for everybody.Professor Malegapuru Makgoba, Deputy chairperson - National Planning Commission
