[LISTEN] Complaints over Dial-a-Ride service
The Disabled People South Africa organisation bemoans the bad service provided by the Dial-a-Ride service in the City of Cape Town.
Dial-a-Ride is a public transport service provided by the city for those with special needs who are unable to make use of conventional public transport.
Disabled People South Africa spokesperson Elroy Ludewyk speaks to John Maytham about their displeasure.
