The state capture commission of inquiry continued on Tuesday with testimony from former Phumelela municipal manager Moses Moremi.
The testimony focused on the Estina dairy farm and events surrounding the debacle.
The project was meant to help emerging farmers to grow their businesses but it became a vehicle to channel more than R200m to companies with links to the Guptas.

We heard how a council in Phumelela municipality was just about to go into session and then officials from the department of agriculture from the province with the HOD stepped in and made a presentation that they had not been told about because it was not on the agenda. A few days later resolutions of that council were then emailed to them, they were then expected to adopt those resolutions.— Nthakoana Ngatane, Reporter - EWN
