State capture: Municipal manager testifies on Estina dairy farm project
The state capture commission of inquiry continued on Tuesday with testimony from former Phumelela municipal manager Moses Moremi.
The testimony focused on the Estina dairy farm and events surrounding the debacle.
The project was meant to help emerging farmers to grow their businesses but it became a vehicle to channel more than R200m to companies with links to the Guptas.
Eyewitness News reporter Nthakoana Ngatane has the full report.
