How your psychiatric meds may affect your ability to drive
Occupational therapist Rozanne Groenewald says more awareness is needed around the impact of driving while on psychiatric medication.
Speaking to Azani Mosaka, Groenewald says patients need to be more aware of the medications they are given and how they may affect one's driving ability.

If you have a family member you are concerned about, Groenewald has the following advice:
The best way to go about it is to have them go for fitness to drive assessment. Depending on the assessment the therapist will advise on the way forward.Rozanne Groenewald, Occupational Therapist
