Casual Sex: No strings attached, no rules, just sheer pleasure – Dr Eve

Back in the days there were criterions to relationships, such as, you can only have babies when married or have sex only when married. But the world is changing.

Casual sex is a topic that not so many people publicly engage in but this does not mean it doesn’t exist. Dr Eve defines casual sex as “a physical, an emotional relationship between two people who may have casual sex or a near-sexual relationship without necessarily demanding or expecting the extra commitments of a more formal romantic relationship.”

In her blog, Dr Eve wrote: We have judged casual sex as being lesser than, slutty, inferior to the “real thing” which is a substantial In Real Life formal relationship. We are told it is less enjoyable, not nurturing, regretful and is associated with drug alcohol use and for people who have “intimacy ” issues.

When talking to CapeTalk/702's Redi Tlhabi, Dr Eve explains that casual sex I is the most efficient way of having connections, a breath of freedom.

The Book Launch

On Friday 17th July, Dr Eve will be launching her new book “Cyber Infidelity: The New Seduction” which explores the true nature of infidelity and how electronic communications like texting, chat rooms, email and dating sites have changed the rules of seduction.
