Developers of Sandton’s biggest apartment building gets R600 million loan

Mercantile Bank has structured a R600 million financing deal for the completion of an upmarket, mixed use Sandton development called “The Central Square”, developed by Lushaka Investments.

It will be the largest mixed-use, upmarket apartment building in Sandton.

We interviewed Karl Kumbier, CEO Mercantile Bank.

It will be ten floors - on top of six floors of parking - with 150 apartments.
