On Midday Report yesterday we heard from the Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi about the roll-out of tablet computers to learners in rural and township schools that starts today.
Stephen speaks to Education Policy Analyst, Graeme Bloch who points out that this is a great milestone for education and a necessary step to get schools to be part of the 21st Century education system. He highlights that his only worry is about training of teachers as well as the security of children carrying these devices.
