Curro still wants to take over its rival AdvTech. A battle is brewing...

Curro has not withdrawn its cautionary announcement with regards to a possible takeover of AdvTech.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Maudi Lentsoane, Managing Director of Lehumo Capital, who chose AdvTech in January for our Stock Pick Monday feature.

Whitfield also spoke to Marc Hasenfuss, Editor-at-large at the Financial Mail, to get his views on the Curro/AdvTech story.

We’re smiling all the way to bank! We were always positive about AdvTech. This move by Curro doesn’t come as a surprise.

Maudi Lentsoane

This drama is not over! There is still support for this deal by fund managers such as Coronation and Kagiso.

Maudi Lentsoane

It’s clear that Coronation and Kagiso support a deal.

Marc Hasenfuss

Both companies have excellent management. There could be synergies that are very appealing.
