Pavlo Phitidis, Director and CEO of the Aurik Business Incubator, spoke to the following five contestants of the Kidpreneur Challenge who got everyone who were involved talking.

  • Zameer Dada (juice) - family business

  • Byron Tyers (biltong) – a natural-born, driven entrepreneur with a ruthless edge on sales

  • Ryan Trickett (trail mix) - an all-rounder, industrious and capable entrepreneur with a technical edge

  • Samkelisiwe Chissano (oats) - brave, courageous and from a background where she should never have succeeded

  • Nawaal Jacobs (snoods) - an innovator, a manufacturer with original home-grown concepts and an investment appetite
