Using your unique body type and the combinations of foods which you eat, Gabi Kleiman has created an app that determines which nutrients your body is lacking.

Kleiman, who himself is a vegetarian says that he invented the app to make his own life easier.

The problem with vegans and vegetarians is that you're always thinking about what nutrients you're lacking, am I getting enough protein, am I eating the right foods ...

Gabi Kleiman, VeganLove App Developer

The app recommends foods that you can add to your diet each day to reach optimal health.

How far would you go ensure that you're at your best physical health?

Sam Cowen chats to Gabi to find out more about the app, listen to the audio below:

Vegans, vegetarians and anyone else can find out more about the app on the VeganLove site here.
