On this week’s family Matters Pippa Hudson speaks to Kath Megaw, paediatric dietician. Megaw has spent the last 20 years trying to solve children’s eating problems. She has a particular interest in how diet can help manage specific medical issues, as well as in the overall health of our children.
Megaw is the author of the brand new book Real Food, Healthy, Happy Children, published by Quivertree.

According to Megaw the process of eliminating unhealthy food should be introduced slowly to the family. she says boxed food and canned food should be eliminated.
