Denise Cowburn Levy is the owner of Ginger and Lime which was officially established about a year ago although the process started three years prior.
Ginger and Lime offers food lovers an opportunity to explore their passion for food and cooking, and satisfies a desire to learn new skills in the kitchen.
Cowburn has always had passion for cooking, but pursued other ventures before deciding to follow her passion.
She is a seasoned traveller that is fascinated by flavours of the world.
Even without professional training Cowburn still manages to prepare mouth-watering dishes.
This makes Ginger and Lime an ideal place to prepare and enjoy a good meal.
We have some people who really want to get their hands dirty. They want to chop, they want to stir the curry, they want to taste and that is fantastic. Others just want to sip wine and chat to like-minded people.
