You too can be a superhero, just donate your organs

In memory of Lead SA Youth Hero of 2015, Jenna Lowe, the Jenna Lowe Trust has embarked on a campaign to get young people to sign up as organ donors through Jenna Lowe's site, Get Me to 21.

John Robbie spoke to Jenna's mom, Gabi about this campaign and how young people can sign up to be organ donors.

Jenna was passionate about getting young people to donate their organs by asking them to come to her 21st. There were over 20 000 to sign up as a result of that!

Jenna had an idea of having an option of signing up to be an organ donor when youth turn 18 and sign up for their drivers licence.

Jenna was also passionate about more education around organ donation. You can't make a choice if you are not educated about it.
