Vodacom launches first commercial voice over Wi-Fi calls in South Africa

Vodacom has made the first ever commercial voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) call in South Africa.

VoWiFi uses the built-in voice dialling feature and a normal cellphone number to make a call.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Jannie van Zyl, Head of Innovation at Vodacom.
