Actor, writer, producer and businessman Joe Mafela discussed what he is up to since leaving television.

Mafela is best known for TV shows Going Up, Madam & Eve and Sgudi 'Snaysi.

Mafela conceptualised and starred in early Chicken Licken television advertisements, and authored the company's “It's good, good, good, it's good its nice” jingle during the making of a Chicken Licken commercial in the 1980s.

“From my view nothing has changed as we are still struggling in this industry but a lot has happened. The evolution of the industry has gone from bad to fair but not good,” Mafela said.

The former actor asserted that nothing has changed in the industry.
