Hlaudi Motsoeneng: I will protect my rights

The Supreme Court of Appeal has ruled that Hlaudi Motsoneng must be suspended as the Chief Operating Officer of the SABC.

The Supreme Court of Appeal’s ruling, upholding the Western Cape High Court's finding, is the latest development in a legal battle between Motsoeneng and the Democratic Alliance (DA).

Stephen Grootes spoke to EWN's Rahima Essop regarding the ruling. Chair of the DA's federal executive, James Selfe, also weighed in, saying this has to do with the "shocking state of governance at the SABC".
