The release of CCTV footage by pro-Afrikaner civil rights organisation AfriForum of what's said to be a racially-charged brawl between EFF Commander-In-Chief Julius Malema and a patron of a Steers outlet in Tzaneen, has caused an uproar throughout South Africa's inter-webs since Thursday.
The incident - confirmed by both AfriForum and the EFF to have taken place on August the 6th - has left South Africans divided along the race spectrum.
AfriForum first released the video as part of an addendum to the patron's affidavit, with the following introduction:
Malema has meanwhile rubbished AfriForum's claims, stating he will never apologise for the incident, since he was defending a worker who was being verbally assaulted with racial slurs by the man on the receiving end of his shoves:
