Supreme Court judgment: game changer for status of Public Protector, say experts

The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal against part of a high court judgment that SABC Chief Operating Officer, Hlaudi Motsoeneng be suspended pending a disciplinary inquiry against him.
