Today is the start of National Nutrition Week under the theme “Healthy eating in the workplace”, and 702's John Robbie has been monitoring his eating habits for the week to see whether he should be concerned about obesity.
John's food diary analysis did not go as he expected. According to the dietician, John needs to increase his intake of vegetables and unsaturated fats and be more aware of the amount of take outs he eats and energy drinks he has everyday.
