702's Azania Mosaka spoke to Chantel Lascaris, who wrote a book about how to challenge conventional salad preparation methods and venture into creative ways of making meals.

The book, All Sorts of Salads, is for anyone who wants to a greater choice of salads in their daily diets, including those who want to prepare them for health reasons.

Lascaris said it’s possible to eat healthy food without breaking the bank.
