The ANC’s fourth national general council concluded on 12 October 2015 with the ANC finalising new proposals for adjustment on government policy.

Political analyst Sipho Seepe spoke to Cape Talk/ 702's Stephen Grootes about the confusion over ANC membership numbers, as well as the so-called 'premier league' (a faction) that is said to exist within the ANC.
