In an effort to root out corruption in the SA Police Service, the ANC is proposing that law enforcement officers be periodically rotated around the country.
This was announced by Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula yesterday in her report to the ANC's National General Council on "peace and stability".
